Several national recruiting analysts were anxious to see Villanova Wildcats verbal commitment Donte DiVincenzo after a dominant high school season against lower-level competition. In his first game on the tough Nike EYBL circuit,
DiVincenzo struggled to find his game, but Team Final was picked up by a host of other guards in their 96-95 double-overtime victory over The Travelers (KY). [Box Score]
The athletic guard finished with just 5 points on 1-7 shooting from the field. He added 4 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 steal to his line. Syracuse Orange commitment Malachi Richardson (22 points), Levan Alston (28 points) and Lamarr Kimble (19 points) starred in the win while possible 'Nova target Trey Lowe added 15 points and 3 rebounds.
Team Final is back in action twice on Saturday, first taking on CIA Bounce at 10:30 PST and New Jersey Playaz at 4:30 PSt. The latter game will be streamed live on NikeEYB.com.
